Time Is Running Out

It is amazing how much one can fill their days.  I have alot that I want to do.  I want to add this to my daily schedule:

*3 sets of pushups, situps

*30 minute walk

*glass of water in the am, and glass of water in the pm

*vitamins

*stretches

I hope that is a good start.  I really need to take more time out of the everyday to make sure I am doing my best.
