Hope and Mats

Today someone gave me words of encouragement that gave me hope.  I am going to hang onto those words so that when I feel down at work, I will remember them and it will lift my spirits.

On a more mundane note… my mat.  My Manduka mat will take about 3 months of daily use in order to break it in (by breaking it in I mean making it more grippy and less slippy).  I tried using a pumice stone when I had to clean it the other day… This mat is more environmentally friendly, but it isn’t like my Lululemon mat… But then again, this will be a challenge for me to break this mat in.
