Happy New Year 2014

I know it seems cliche, but I am going to list some resolutions.  Its a new year, why not give it a shot?

*drink 2 green juices a day

*one green smoothie a day

*no negative fat talk

*do a minimum of 30 minutes of walking a day

*give up fitting in with others expectations and go back to my own path

*only use my credit card for emergencies
*no more Starbucks pastries

I think that will work.  I will come back to this in a year and see what I did.
